This software is provided 'as-is', without any express or implied warranty. In no event will the author be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.

You may use this program for any commercial or non-commercial use. If you wish to re-distribute it you must e-mail me for approval. Approval will be granted in most cases, I just want to know what it is being used for.

By using this software you are also subject to the following restrictions:

1. The origin of this software must not be misrepresented. Tou must not claim that you wrote the original software. If you use this software in a product, an acknowledgment in the product documentation would be appreciated but is not required.
    
   
2. Altered source versions must be plainly marked as such, and must not be misrepresented as being the original software.
    
   
3. This notice may not be removed or altered from any distribution.

WebServUSB End-user License Agreement

ItWorks grants to the possessor of this copy (the Licensee) a royalty-free, nonexclusive license to use WebServUSB, the sample source code, and any related documentation (the Software) for academic, research and internal business purposes only and subject to the following conditions:

1. By using or copying the Software, Licensee agrees to abide by the terms of this Agreement.
    
   
2. Title and copyright to the Software remain with ItWorks and Licensee agrees to preserve the same.
    
   
3. Licensee acknowledges that the Software is still in the development stage and that it is being supplied "as is", without any accompanying services from ItWorks ItWorks MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. By way of example, but not limitation, ItWorks MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR THAT THE USE THE SOFTWARE WILL NOT INFRINGE ON ANY PATENTS OR OTHER RIGHTS. ItWorks shall not be held liable for any liability nor for any direct, indirect or consequential damages with respect to any claim by Licensee or any third party with respect to this Agreement or any use of the Software.
    
   
4. Licensee may NOT distribute the Software or any derivative work based on the Software to third parties unless the ItWorks grants approval prior to distribution.
    
   
5. Licensee agrees to abide by all applicable laws of the United States, including, but not limited to, copyright and export control laws.
    
   
6. ItWorks has the right to terminate this license immediately by written notice upon Licensee's breach of, or non-compliance with any of its terms. Licensee may be held legally responsible for any copyright infringement that is caused or encouraged by licensee's failure to abide by the terms of this license.
