Remote Admin

Here you can set up WebServUSB for Remote Administration from another computer. Currently you can only 'Stop' and 'Start' either the HTTP Server or FTP Server.

*** Note *** Users must be configured prior to this step ***

Click the Enable Remote Administration box. Click the button.

(If more than one person is to be involved in Remote Admin click the button.)



Select admin from the window which comes up and click OK. Click Save*.

* Everytime you click Save, the server stops and restarts automatically.

To Access Remote Admin On Remote Computer (PC1):

1. In browser go to: http://192.168.0.2:34010/
2. A window will come up asking for your name and password
3. Type them in and click OK
4. A page will come with 3 options:
   • + Server
   • + HTTP Server
   • + FTP Server
5. Currently only the + Server is active
6. Click + Server and its page comes up
7. You can ONLY:
   • Stop The HTTP server and Start it again
   • Stop the FTP Server and Start it again

Eventually the Remote Admin will be a full GUI in the browser.
